    Sporadic Connectivity Issues

This morning we are receiving reports from some customers that are not able to connect to parts of our network. We believe this issue is related to the global internet BGP routing. We are not certain the exact scope of this problem, however we can confirm that all of our network and servers are currently fully operational and are receiving traffic. If you cannot access certain service on our network from your location please forward us your trace-route:

To generate trace-route report from your windows workstation, type in following command in to the command prompt:

    tracert yourdomain.com

Replace yourdomain.com with a domain name that you host with us. Once the trace-route report has been generated, please copy/paste it in to a existing or new support ticket.

    Re: Sporadic Connectivity Issues

Looks like Cogent and Level(3) are experiencing network availability problems. This will affect wide range of ISPs that utilize one of these networks for IP transit. Currently as of 12:07PM there is 6% packet loss and 95.45% availability rating. These issues may be related to a severe storms that passed over Illinois and Michigan area earlier this morning.  www.internetpulse.net
