    CLE02WEB01 Server down

I've put a support ticket in for being unable to access my site or ftp, Web settings suggest Server down or non-existent !! (www.ilca.org.uk)

Looking at stats the site died around 8.30pm last night, almost 15 hours ago, given that does the monitoring procedure need a bit of looking at, I would have hoped that a server down which is presumably causing multiple site failures and multiple support tickets would have rung some sort of alarm bells by now.

    Re: CLE02WEB01 Server down

It sure did, we are still not sure what happened to it we can reach it over IP-KVM, however there is no IP connectivity. We have dispatched tech out this morning to the data-center to temporarily change the Cisco switch port, the Ethernet port on the switch may have gone bad and as result server has lost IP connectivity.

Last time he checked in was at 9:45AM GMT-5, and was ready to rewire the Ethernet and change VLAN assignments on the switch, hopefully service on the CLE02WEB01 (WEB22) should resume any time now.

Site back up at 14:51 BST Thanks, tracert shows same route, it was just the last hop missing as per the support ticket.
