We are currently experiencing an issue with the phone system in our technical support office. When customers call our technical support phone line they still reach the automated attendant message that directs your call. After making a choice it would normally route you to the intended department to speak with a customer support technician. However, there is an issue with the phones at our technician's desks and the calls are not being received by the phones. Thus the customer on hold never gets routed to any technicians and is eventually disconnected. Our technicians are looking into this issue and are working to correct it as quickly as possible.
