    Temporary Routing Issue

Currently there is a temporary routing issue occurring between the Chicago and Cleveland areas between major bandwidth providers and their data centers. This routing issue may result in packet loss or slow response times for connections being routed through those networks to our 2nd data center (Cle02). Which could result in requests locking up or timing out especially in regards to remote mail server connections or accessing the Helm control panel. The bandwidth providers are working to correct the routing issue occurring on their networks as quickly as possible. We will update this post with more information as we receive it.

    Re: Temporary Routing Issue

We believe this routing issue may have been resolved.  Since approximately 12:15 PM EST our reports have shown packet loss has returned to normal levels and services from our second datacenter servers are responding at a typical rate.

Then why is the Control Panel no longer available?

    Re: Temporary Routing Issue

Our servers experienced an increase in traffic for a while after this routing issue was resolved.  We believe this may have been due to some processes running which had been unable to run prior due to the routing issue.  These processes may have temporarily caused delays in the helm control panel.  The helm control panel has been responsive and running properly for a while now.
