Unfortunately despite our attempts to rectify problems on CLE02WEB01 IIS server with less invasive actions, the issues keep reoccurring. We have narrowed down the problem to a disk sector errors that are causing OS kernel dumps. At the moment we are performing an offline disk scan in attempt to repair disk errors and stabilize the OS. We have also ordered a replacement standby server which should arrive this coming weekend, all sites will be mirrored on to a new machine next week to put an end to this problem. In the meantime we are constantly watching

The server has been brought on-line, we will be making preparations for a disk mirroring which will allow us to transplant existing data on to new hardware.

We are working on CLE02WEB01 server today, we may have to disable IIS service temporarily to complete our work.

Server has been taken offline as of 5:00PM EST in preparation to RAID mirroring. We anticipate this process should not last longer that 2 hours. We are working toward stabilizing this server, to achieve this we need to make sure data that is being copied to new hardware is not corrupt.

The current phase of maintenance on the CLE02WEB01 web hosting server has been completed and the server is operational. All sites hosted on this server should be running normally again at this time.

 My website is gone down again within 22 hours which is hosted on same server.
