Unfortunately despite our attempts to rectify problems on CLE02WEB01 IIS server with less invasive actions, the issues keep reoccurring. We have narrowed down the problem to a disk sector errors that are causing OS kernel dumps. At the moment we are performing an offline disk scan in attempt to repair disk errors and stabilize the OS. We have also ordered a replacement standby server which should arrive this coming weekend, all sites will be mirrored on to a new machine next week to put an end to this problem. In the meantime we are constantly watching
