I lost my login on SmarterTicket. How do I get my login? I already check up the option "forgot the passaword" but it was not work...

If you just want to submit a new ticket do it from the ihostasp home page, click on Support Centre then submit a new ticket, all you have to enter is your email address then in the content tell them what your site name is.

If you are trying to follow up an existing ticket you can go from the same place but you put in your email and the ticket number you want to view.

You can also open a support ticket by e-mailing your question/request to support@ihostasp.net. This will work the same way if you submit it via the web form.
