On March 7, 2008 6:00 pm EST, Ihostasp.net will offically deploy a new support center to better server our customers. In addition to a new look and additional features, the process for submitting a new support query will change. All new queries, will need to be submitted per the customer support portal available on the home page menus under support or via this link: https://support.ihostllc.net. Once a query has been submitted via the customer support portal, you will receive responses at the email address you specified when creating the query and you will be able to reply to those responses through your email. When submitting a query, a custom support portal account will be created and the account information will be emailed to you. You may use this account to log in the support portal where you can view all queries that have been submitted for that email address and respond to any updates posted in regards to your issues.
