    New Support Portal

    On March 6, 2008 5:00 pm EST, Ihostasp.net will be deploying a new support ticket system to better server customers.   The support portal will have a new look and additional features.  Please note: new tickets cannot be submitted via email.  To open a new ticket, please go to the Support Portal or Support Center links on the ihostasp.net home page or to https://support.ihostllc.net.

    The deployment of the new ticket system has been postponed till further notice.  You may continue to submit trouble tickets via email or the existing ticket submission portal, which is available on the home page menus under support.

    On March 7, 2008 6:00 pm EST, Ihostasp.net will offically deploy a new support center to better server our customers.   In addition to a new look and additional features, the process for submitting a new support query will change.  All new queries, will need to be submitted per the customer support portal available on the home page menus under support or via this link: https://support.ihostllc.net.  Once a query has been submitted via the customer support portal, you will receive responses at the email address you specified when creating the query and you will be able to reply to those responses through your email.  When submitting a query, a custom support portal account will be created and the account information will be emailed to you.  You may use this account to log in the support portal where you can view all queries that have been submitted for that email address and respond to any updates posted in regards to your issues.

    The new support center has been activated, all inbound email has been redirected to the new support queue. Customers that have submitted tickets in to the old system prior to this switchover will be responded to using old support system.
