On Sunday, April 27th 2008 between 2:00pm and 6:00pm we will be performing server maintenance on our main mail server (65.91.41.220). During this time the following services will not be accessible:

SMTP
POP3
IMAP4
Webmail

All inbound messages will be received by our edge SMTP spool and will be delivered upon end of this maintenance. Please note that you will not b able to relay messages from your web forms or other web applications that are configured to use our mail server and are likely to generate exceptions as the result. Please refrain from opening support tickets or calling us during this time regarding mail related issues. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Volume replication is currently in progress. We are moving entire mail-store volume to a larger SAS RAID array that should provide better disk IO and disk volume for mailbox storage on our mail server.

ETA: 3 hours 54 min

Volume replication may take longer than anticipated. Currently the "robocopy" process is about 33% through the entire volume. We have a lot of small sub 1MB files that are being mirrored, thus it's taking longer.

Volume replication is 50% completed.

Replication is 60% complete, averaging 60 MB/Sec.

Replication is 70% complete, averaging 58.2 MB/Sec. At this rate should complete in 3 hours.

Replication is 81% complete.

95% complete.

Mail server is back on-line. The spooled up mail should be delivered with in next hour.
