Site taking forever to load

Morning folks,

Can anyone who is hosted on CLE02 let me know if they are suffering verrrrrrry long load times this morning or is it just my site??

Occasionally throwing up Server Timeout errors but mostly just taking between 1 and 2 minutes to load a page.

My site is being host on CLE02 as well and it has bbeen receiving time out since last night (EST).

Thanks for the info, I'll put in a support ticket then.

Didn't want to start asking questions if it was just my site.

I am receiving the same issue on CLE02.. Timeout Expired... Has anyone had any updates on this?

I too submitted a ticket earlier before reading this post.

I popped a sorry for slow loading/intermittent loading problem message on my home page this morning before I put the ticket in, usual timeframe means support will start answering tickets around about 4.00pm UK time (thats another 2 and a half hours) so it's more or less a sit and wait situation.

This problem was isolated to the mssql07.ihostasp.net database server. During the early AM hours several domains hosted on our servers caused DOS (Denial Of Service) condition to occur on the MSSQL07 database server by opening hundreds of database connections simultaneously. This has essentially used up all the available connections on the target MSSQL server and prevented other users from being able to access their MSSQL service on that particular database server. This issue has been already corrected, the offending domains have been disabled and the owner has been notified.
