Hello, I don't see a place in the control panel for handling backups. Is there a way to do this or do you all do this without user intervention.

Found this in the FAQ on the other website. Thought it might be helpful to others:

Absolutely! All files and databases are backed up to an off site backup server. We also retain all backups for 15 days. If your site or databases become corrupt due to a buggy module or skin, we can restore it for you as if nothing ever happened.

Hi,

I tend to ftp into my site every couple of days and there is a "Backups" folder there where I copy down the most recent database backup and keep.

This is useful if I want to restore my local copy to an earlier date to check on anything or try any alterations without touching the live site, plus I'm always happier when I have my own backup copy !!

 Me, too butI wasnt' sure if that was as effective as a backup through a control panel. Thanks so much for your reply!!
