    Could someone help me please!

    I'm trying to access my MySQL database BUT the MySQL database is not listed in the Database manager, yet I can access PHPmyAdmin. 3 servers are listed in PHPmyAdmin, but I cannot access them as I do not have the username or password.

    Am I doing something wrong?? I'm pretty sure I qualify to have a MySQL database as all hosting plans I see on the website provide one.

    We may need to enable MySQL databases on your hosting package.  Please submit a ticket to our technical support department at https://support.ihostllc.net addressing this concern.  When submitting your ticket please provide us with your account name (helm control panel login id) so we can evaluate and adjust the resources allocated to your hosting package if needed.
