This issue has been resolved, all services on IHOSTLLC19 (65.88.150.10) have been restored as of 11:00AM. The problem was caused by a NIC driver error which has forced all TCP connections to fail. We have updated the NIC driver and are currently monitoring event log on this server, at the moment it appears to be stable and all web sites hosted on IHOSTLLC19 are operational.
