For your information when you are sending a ticket to support via ticket form we received no mail confirmation. To have the mail confirmation I sent a ticket to your sales organisation.
Thanks to take in consideration the both thickets.
To resume, I need to have by email quickly my EPP/Domain authorization key to switch the domain or to have acces to my domain name I reserved few months ago with your company.
