Cannot Login/Register

So when i go to my site to login as an admin or anything for that matter, it just redirects me back to the main site. Same thing for the register button? What happened and how can it be fixed?

login issue

I managed to get the site installed and a successful WADE. The login does not work as it bring a 404 error. I tried http://es-net-nz.web25.winsvr.net/?ctl=login but still nothing
