Cannot Login/Register

So when i go to my site to login as an admin or anything for that matter, it just redirects me back to the main site. Same thing for the register button? What happened and how can it be fixed?

How long to register domain?

How long does it take after payment for domain registration to be updated from the status of "To be Registered" If it is on a weekend, will it take longer?
